U shaped drawers to allow for plumbing, soft close 

4 inch honed marble countertop

Drawer pulls not included. Drilled for 6’’ Center to Center pulls 

 Condition: 

There is a backsplash strip that is broken, not necessary for installation. 

There is a small nick in the wood on the front-right of the vanity, see photo 

On the inside of the vanity there is damage to the wood (Not visible once sink is installed) 

There are some faint red marking and a long dark scuff along the front of marble 

The smaller 32’’ Version of this vanity retails for $4,082
